01.23.26 - Basel Museum Night

On January 23, 2026, the Basel Museum Night will celebrate its 25th edition!
This must-see cultural event will give visitors access to 43 cultural institutions across the Basel region, including the Fondation Fernet-Branca, with around 230 activities taking place from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., all with a single pass

Would you like to take part and avoid the rush on the day itself? Then head to the Foundation’s ticket office, where passes are already available.

On this special evening, the Foundation will offer you a rich and varied program sure to delight all audiences :

From 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. 

• Self-guided visit of the exhibition Structures en dérive
• Mega collage: create a giant photo collage that will be on display until the end of the exhibition

From 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – Playing with Time: a photography workshop with Sandrine Rummelhardt focusing on motion blur. After a brief journey through the pioneers of photography, it’s time to experiment! Come play with speed, light, and movement to create vibrant images.

At 7:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. – Short guided tours of the group exhibition Structures in Drift

At 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. – Live music with Jean-Claude André and the BABZ Quartet

At 10:30 p.m. – Photo Karaoke
Guess the images, tell stories, guaranteed fun — open mic for everyone!
