The most anticipated fair in the contemporary art world opens in Basel — and the Fondation Fernet-Branca welcomes this exceptional week with extended opening hours and an internationally acclaimed exhibition just recently inaugurated. Join us from June 15 to 21, 9am to 6pm!

Every year, Art Basel turns Basel into a unique crossroads: collectors, curators, artists and art lovers from around the world converge on the city for a few days of intense energy. And every year, the Fondation Fernet-Branca throws its doors wide open.

This 2026 edition is no exception. This year, we have chosen to welcome you directly into our spaces, with exceptional hours tailored to the busy schedules of fair week.

Open from 9am to 6pm, Monday June 15 to Sunday June 21! Nine hours a day, without interruption — enough to slip in a visit between two appointments at the fair, or simply take your time away from the bustle of the exhibition halls.

And there is more: if Art Basel brings you to Saint-Louis, your timing could not be better. Our new exhibition Tempesta opened a few weeks ago, and it is waiting for you. Tempesta brings together 7 artists from several continents, a scenography conceived for the Fondation's spaces, and an energy you feel the moment you step into the first room.

Art Basel week is intense, schedules are packed. At the Fondation, we offer you the opposite: a space to slow down, to look, and to be surprised. Tempesta has not yet revealed all its secrets. Now is the perfect time.
