We are delighted to announce the opening of the Tempesta exhibition at the Fernet-Branca Foundation, with an opening reception to be held on Saturday, May 23, starting at 4 p.m.

Tempesta brings together works by seven international artists. This major summer exhibition features large-scale sculptures and installations, including both new works and site-specific adaptations. They engage directly with the industrial, pared-down architecture of the Fondation Fernet-Branca. The exhibition unfolds narratives of crisis and trauma, but also of resilience and transformation. Its trajectory evokes a rite of passage, leading visitors from station to station, from experience to experience.

With contributions by Julius von Bismarck, Josh Kline, Jos Näpflin, Vittorio Santoro, Tenant of Culture, Andreas Waldmeier, and Annie Wan Lai-kuen, Tempesta creates spaces for perceptual and reflective exploration—situations that invite to engage, collectively, in a thoughtful consideration of the state of the world at the dawn of the twenty-first century.

A varied program of performances and events accompanies the exhibition, inviting audiences of all ages to engage, participate, and enter into dialogue.
