Workshop – Colors, Mind, Body and Sculpting: a path to well-being

This workshop offers a space for expression, creation, and well-being, where each participant can explore their emotions through color, movement, and sculpting. It is open to anyone wishing to develop their creativity, build their self-confidence, and enjoy a moment of relaxation in a welcoming setting.

The goal is not to create a perfect artwork, but to encourage personal expression, self-awareness, and the pleasure of creating.
